Nottingham Youth For ChristSchools

Thank you for visiting the schools department of Nottingham YfC. NYfC aims to resource local schools and colleges and help them build young people into the people they were created to be.

Currently we work in four schools regularly offering classroom assistance work, assemblies and learning support.

We also work with a number of other secondary schools across the city and county, running RE and PSHE / citizenship lessons on topics such as Fairtrade, Self worth, Respect and Justice.

One of our real passions here at Nottingham YfC is extended schools. We currently are working alongside a couple of schools, providing extended schools provision for their young people. As well as offering to lead extended schools sessions we also provide resources for schools who are running extended schools provision. You can find information about all our resources on the right hand side.

If you would like to see how Nottingham YfC can work with your school, please contact the NYfC office.

It also challenges students on what difference living according to Jesus’ teaching and example could make in the 21st century.
