Support
Nottingham YFC relies on the support of Christians from all over the city and you can partner with us in a number of different ways:
Financially:
You could financially support us by giving a donation.
- £25 would pay for an assembly
- £50 would pay for a lesson or a lunch club
- £75 would pay for an after school club or an evening session of youth work
- £100 would pay for a day in school
Volunteer:
You could be a NYFC volunteer. We have opportunities whatever your gifts are. From fundraising to street work, from admin to after school clubs. Whatever your gifts are, get in touch.
Prayer:
We would love you to come on board as a prayer partner, we send out monthly prayer letters and are always looking for more people to pray. If you would like to do this, please email the office with your details.
If you would like to know any more about partnering with Nottingham YFC, please email Richard Dawson.

Opportunities with Nottingham YfC
Volunteering with NYfC is a great opportunity to serve but also make a difference in young peoples lives. We provide on going training, support and mentoring as well as opportunities to join the team at conferences and other YfC events.
Youth work
Nottingham YfC run a drop in called ‘The Base’ every Monday. We are looking for
committed people to join the team and connect with young people, whether through making toast or playing table tennis.
Day: Mondays
Time: 2.45 – 5.45pm
Venue: Inham Nook Methodist church, Chilwell.
Rock Solid is a lunch time group in Chiwell school. It looks at the big issues for the young people 11-14 year olds, and finds out what God says about it.
Day: Wednesdays
Time: 12.30 – 1.30pm
Venue: Chilwell school
Nottingham YfC run ‘A Place to be me Plus’ as part of our work in Bilborough. A drop in session for ages 13+, we are looking to enhance the team with people who just love young people and are willing to take some time out of their schedule to help make them feel valued and worth something.
Day: Wednesdays + Fridays
Time: 6.15 – 9.15pm
Venue: Hadden park High school, Bilborough
Another one of NYfC’s ministries in Bilborough is ‘A Place to be me’. This runs for 11-14 year olds after school. Not only do we have the table tennis table and pool table out, but we also engage in lively discussions and look at issues that young people are encountering.
Day: Fridays
Time: 2.45 – 5.45pm
Venue: Hadden park High school, Bilborough
